Natural Gas Leases

WoodWise Land Company -  is in the business of growing timber.  Our current land holdings are roughly 10,000 acres of land.  Many of our lands hold vast gas reserves.   We are willing to explore any option that allows us to keep our lands in timber production.

WoodWise has vast land holdings in central and western NY as well as Delaware county.  We also have significant holdings in south central Vermont.
