WoodWise Forestland, LLC is pleased to announce the acquisition of a property consisting of 18,373 contiguous acres located in the Towns of Parishville & Hopkington, St. Lawrence County NY. Along with a significant timber resource, this property has ten miles of frontage on the West Branch of the St. Regis River, and seven miles along Long Pond Outlet, both of which are classified as Scenic Rivers by the NYS DEC. This entire property comes under a working forest conservation easement owned by New York State, as well as public access to portions of the waterways for recreation and world class trout fishing.

WoodWise Forestland LLC, is pleased to announce the acquisition of 3,600 acres of un- encumbered timberland in the town of Orange Vermont. This property is well stocked, with a excellent history of forest management thanks to Green Leaf Forestry, and Scott Moreau. This Vast, diverse forest is minutes from Montpelier, Vermont. and is extremely well stocked with Northern Hardwoods as well as Spruce and Fir. Year round access as well as a self contained watershed are unique to this property as well.

WoodWise ForestLand, LLC has completed its acquisition of a 1,500 acre property in the Town of West Turin, Lewis County, NY. The quality and stocking of the timber resource on this property are exceptional, and very rare for privately held properties of this size, and was an important factor in our land acquisition decision. As with all of our properties, this piece will be managed to our strict standards.

WoodWise ForestLand, LLC has completed its acquisition of a 1,548 acre property known as the Mad Brook Forest. This well managed property is an excellent addition to our portfolio. WoodWise will continue with the property's enrollment in NYS 480-A Forest Tax Program, further demonstrating our commitment to sustainable woodland management.

WoodWise Land Company LLC is proud to announce its partnership with the Whitetail Institute of North America as a registered dealer for its Deer Management products. On select timber harvests on company owned lands, we will begin using Imperial Double Cross & Imperial Chicory Plus instead of the traditional grass seed used on log landings & haul roads. We will also be stocking select products for sale. Stay tuned for our on-line store with quality products from the Whitetail Institute at retail prices.
