WoodWise Land Company LLC - is proud to be in the sixth year of our successful Hunting Lease Program. All of our leases are on a one year term beginning August 1st. Along with Hunt Club Liability Insurance, provided by WoodWise at no additional cost, we encourage our lessees to enjoy the land as if it were their own. We have many properties currently leased that are not listed, current lessees will have the first opportunity to lease these should they become available next year.

We offer long term leases for groups renewing their current leases as well as construction of rustic hunting camps, call for detail.

Chad Monheim harvested this monster on our 940 acres property in Swain, Allegany County, NY. This is the first year a group let by Chad's father Chris Monheim have leased this property. The groups attention to QDM should lead to bigger bucks in the future. Chad Monheim is this years winner of the Big Buck Contest - Gun Season. Congrads!

James Vota harvested this slob on a 848 acre tract in the Town of Hancock, Delaware County NY. James and his West Branch Hunting Club have been leasing and practicing QDM on this property the last four years. This commitment to Deer Management has allowed for the growth of younger deer into wall mountable trophies. Congratulations James!

Dave Marang got this 8 Point during Muzzle loader season in the Town of East Bloomfield, Ontario County during the 2008 season. Chris Marang won the $100 gift certificate to Gander Mountain for a buck taken on this same property during Archery season.

Chuck Sharman, in his first year leasing from WoodWise, got this Eight Point buck on the opening day of bow season on an 89 acre property in the Town of Ellington, Chautauqua County, NY. Chuck won the archery portion of our Big Buck Contest. We will be awarding a $100 gift certificate to Gander Mountain to the winners of the 2007 Bow & Gun season biggest buck.
