Along with a significant timber resource, this property has ten miles of frontage on the West Branch of the St. Regis River, and seven miles along Long Pond Outlet, both of which are classified as Scenic Rivers by the NYS DEC. This entire property comes under a working forest conservation easement owned by New York State, as well as public access to portions of the waterways for recreation and world class trout fishing.
